Concrete floors, driveways and sidewalks are affected by soil conditions, salt or frost, therefore, no guarantee related to these causes can be given by the Builder.

Although most work will be completed by possession, weather limitation may affect the timing of exterior home finished such as stucco, masonry, painting, sidewalks, grading, etc. These will be completed as weather permits.

Due to ongoing research and analysis; plans, specifications, materials and elevations are subject to change at the Builder's discretion.  The Builder reserves the right to make substitutions of similar quality in the event of shortages in the supply of materials, provided that they meet the requirements of the National Building Code.
